The JuDiT database of impurities embedded into a Topological Insulator - http://arxiv.org/abs/2003.08315 This database collects the results of density functional calculations with the JuKKR code for impurities embedded into the prototypical topological insulator Sb2Te3. The *.tar.gz files are AiiDA export files which can be imported with AiiDA (www.aiida.net). The export files are: * Sb2Te3_slab_host.tar.gz - contains the KKR calculations for the host system (6QL thin film of Sb2Te3), including DOS and banstructure calculations * Sb2Te3_slab_imp_scf_nodes.tar.gz - convergence calculations for impurity embedding into the host system including the full provenance. The calculations include impurities on different positions in the host crystal (i.e. layer dependence) as well as calculations for different Fermi levels. * Sb2Te3_slab_imp_dos_nodes.tar.gz - DOS calculations for converged impurities * Sb2Te3_slab_imps_LDAU.tar.gz - LDAU calculations of more than 150 3d 4d and 5d impurities
