"DepthXAS_Right(Left)Polarization_summarized.txt" contains electron-emission-angle dependent x-ray absorption spectra (XAS) of a V/Fe/MgO trilayer recorded for Fe L2,3 absorption edges. 
The 1st column is for emission angle in radian, and the 1st row is for x-ray photon energy.
The remaining 2d data are x-ray absorption intensity as functions of the emission angle (columns) and  photon energy (row).
RightPolarization and LeftPolarization represent the helicity of x-rays and magnetic field direction. 
DepthXAS_RightPolarization_summarized.txt represents the averaged XAS spectra taken with right-circularly polarized x-rays and positive magnetic fields and the left-circularly polarzied x-rays and negative magnetic fields. Namely, σ(R,+H) +  σ(L,-H), where R/L denotes the x-ray helicity and ±H denotes the magnetic field directions.
DepthXAS_LeftPolarization_summarized.txt represents the averaged XAS spectra taken with left-circularly polarized x-rays and positive magnetic fields and the right-circularly polarzied x-rays and negative magnetic fields. Namely, σ(L,+H) +  σ(R,-H).
