The folder contains all data produced to obtain the figures reported in R. Favata, A. Marrazzo, Single-point spin Chern number in a supercell framework, arXiv:2301.02612 (2023).
These validate the single-point spin Chern number (SPSCN) on the Kane-Mele (KM) model, both pristine and in presence of Anderson disorder (a uniformly distributed random on-site term). The files contain the following columns:
- L : the linear size of the supercell
- so : the amplitude of the diagonal KM spin-orbit coupling (S0C)
- e : the on-site energy of the KM model
- r : the amplitude of the Rashba SOC
- w : the Anderson disorder strength
- asym : result of the calculation using the "asymmetric" formula for the SPSCN
- sym : result of the calculation using the "symmetric" formula for the SPSCN
- gap_pszp : gap of the Pz operator between positive and negative eigenvalues
Parameters of the model are reported in units of t=1, where t indicates the first nearest-neighbor real hopping in the KM model.

Files 'conv_prist_trivial.csv' and 'conv_prist_topological.csv' contain the convergence tests of the SPSCNs with supercell size L in absence of disorder as reported in Fig.2 of the manuscript.
Files 'transition_r=2.csv' and 'transition_e=0.3.csv' contain the SPSCNs as functions of model parameters e/r for increasing supercell size L as plotted in Figs.3 and 4.
File 'phase_dL=36.csv' contains the SPSCNs at fixed supercell size L=36 for the topological KM phase diagram and the calculation of the gap of the Pz operator over the entire phase diagram as reported in Fig.4.
Files 'conv_dis_trivial.csv' and 'conv_dis_topological.csv' contain the convergence tests of the SPSCNs with supercell size L for Anderson disorder strength w=1.0 as reported in Fig.5.
Files 'trans_dis_L=15.csv','trans_dis_L=42.csv','tai_L=15_r=0.csv','tai_L=42_r=0.csv','tai_L=15_r=1.csv' and 'tai_L=42_r=1.csv' contain data of the SPSCNs and Pz gap as functions of Anderson disorder strength for L=15,42 as plotted in Figs.6 and 7.
