ab_initio

Input files of ab initio calculation and representative output. To generate the electron-phonon coupling look in particular in the **data*** folders that contain the EPW input used in the calculation.

model

Code to produce the model results and script to generate the data. If you want to use/modify the model for your own problem, check the picture_data.sh file, to see how the different methods are used.

paper

Data to produce the images in the paper. The file makepic.tex contains the tikz instructions to reproduce the figures in paper and supplemental.
