Under "raw data" in the Data Repository file are folders holding raw results from different kinds of measurements: The TEM folder contains images of lamella prepared by FIB from sample compositions of interest. They focus on: 1. Areas showing only the arrangement in a single grain and EDX maps of that area. 2. Area around a clearly visible grain boundary as well as EDX showing no change in chemical composition from one grain to the next. The SEM folder contains images of the sample surface with a composition of (Zr0.5 Hf0.5 O2)0.775(Y0.5 Nb0.5 O2)0.225. The images can be opened with any image application. The XRD folder contains high temperature XRD measurements organized into folders by sample. Those measurements are used to calculate lattice parameters for tetragonal and monoclinic phases. They can be opened via Notepad and do each include a large header section with details about the measurement setup. The DSC and DTA folders contain measurements used to determine the transformation temperatures for the samples having various chemical compositions. The Video folder contains a short and a longer version of a sample jumping inside a glastube. Frames from these Videos were used to create slideshow figures in the extended data part of the article. The Data Repositories "figures" folder holds image data as well as temperature values used for preparation of the figures in the main article.
