  <dc:description>Multi-junction solar cells pose a particular modeling challenge, and advanced methods are needed to improve their efficiency and reduce their cost. We present here data about the I-V and P-V characteristics gotten using the electrical parameters obtained through an easy method to extract the electrical parameters of multi-junction solar cells using a single-diode model. The proposed technique is based solely on manufacturer data, and we solve the necessary mathematical equations numerically.</dc:description>
