Description
GapExtractor v2.0© is a free software designed to determine the band gap energy of non-translucent samples by analyzing their diffuse reflectance spectra. The analysis is based on the Tauc-method and the Kubelka and Munk formalism. The algorithm is coded in the Python 3.11.5 programming language. By coping, running or distributing this software, you indicate your acceptance of the license terms.
Steps to reproduce: Unzip GapExtractor v2.0 file; run gapextractor_v2.0.py; check the required phyton libraries; install if necessary.
