Description

The dataset provides crystallographic information (CIF) files for 27 dynamically stable two-dimensional silicon–metal borophene monolayers (Manuscript ID: BP14856, submitted to Physical Review B), which are made available for reviewers to download and inspect. All structures were relaxed using density functional theory (DFT) with the projector augmented wave–generalized gradient approximation (PAW‑PBE) method, based on a periodic slab model with a vacuum gap of 30 Å. With these CIF files, the lattice parameters and chemical compositions can be conveniently cross‑checked against the present paper. The accompanying README file documents in detail all computational parameters, including the VASP code, the PAW‑PBE functional, a plane‑wave cutoff energy of 600 eV, and a k‑point grid spacing of 0.189 Å⁻¹.
