Description
This dataset supports a computational study of finite-concentration pair breaking in Mn- and Co-doped 2H-NbSe2 using the coherent potential approximation combined with Bogoliubov-de Gennes calculations within the KKR Green-function framework. The work investigates how magnetic impurities located on the van der Waals empty-sphere site modify the superconducting anomalous density of 2H-NbSe2 from the dilute impurity limit up to the critical concentration where superconductivity collapses.
The dataset contains the full AiiDA provenance needed to reproduce the calculations reported in the companion manuscript. It includes the pristine superconducting 2H-NbSe2 reference calculation, normal-state CPA KKR calculations for Mn and Co impurities, and self-consistent CPA-BdG concentration series for both dopants. These data reproduce the concentration-dependent normalized anomalous density, the impurity-dependent critical concentrations, and the comparison between Mn- and Co-induced changes in the superconducting response.
All calculations were performed with the JuKKR Green-function code through the AiiDA-KKR workflow infrastructure on the JURECA-DC supercomputer at Forschungszentrum Jülich, with additional computational resources from CLAIX at RWTH Aachen University. The record is intended to provide transparent access to the computational provenance, input and output data, and analysis workflow underlying the reported CPA-BdG results.
